Introducing the proposed erection of a development consisting of a 10-storey block and a 3-storey clubhouse block, strategically located at Stevens Road. With a budget totaling $167,467,800.00, the main contractor is slated to commence work on December 26, 2014.

This project, situated on Lots 00404L, 00406M & 99893X TS26, will incorporate communal facilities and a basement carpark to enhance the overall experience for residents and visitors alike.
